ScanJet 6300c series PrecisionScan Pro software - copy utility update for HP Scanjet 6350c This update fixes a problem with the HP ScanJet 6300c Copy Utility seen on Windows 2000,­ service pack 2.­ When launched from the Start menu,­ the Copy Utility should launch an HP Copy Utility dialog before starting to scan.­ On Windows 2000 SP2,­ the Copy Utility begins to scan immediately as it would if the copy button were pressed.­ In this problem,­ after starting the Copy Utility,­ you must cancel the copy in order to access the settings in the HP Copy Utility.­ This update restores the intended behavior.­ Choose the file you want to download to your system.­ With your mouse,­ click on the file.­ In the 'save as' dialogue,­ you will be prompted to select the folder (subdirectory) where you want the file downloaded.­ Once the file is downloaded,­ double-click on the file,­ the software will decompress and then install automatically.­ Follow the directions during installation of this update closely.­ Compatible devices: C7678A
