Update resolves issue that causes tinted pages when scanning with the ADF driver for HP Scanjet 5550cxi This update resolves a problem where page imperfections may be exaggerated which causes a tint (usually either blue or gray) to appear.­ This particular problem only occurs with scans performed using the ADF; scans performed using the scanner glass should appear normal.­ Once you download and double click on this file,­ it will create a c:col10179 folder on your hard drive and then start the install.­ Once the file is installed,­ you can safely delete the folder the file created.­ Compatible devices: C9918A
